4-Step Verification Process
We don't cut corners. Every contributor completes all four stages before their profile goes live.
University Email
Every contributor must verify ownership of an active university email address (.ac.uk, .edu, etc.). We send a one-time confirmation link that expires in 24 hours.
Automated verification with institutional domain matchingStudent ID Upload
contributor upload a clear photograph of their current student ID card. Our team manually verifies the name, university, and enrolment dates match.
Manual review within 48 business hoursLinkedIn Cross-Check
We cross-reference the contributor’s LinkedIn profile to confirm their university, course, and graduation timeline match the submitted documents.
Profile consistency check across platformsManual Review
A member of the EDORIVA team performs a final human review of all documents. Only after this step is the contributor’s profile made live on the platform.

Refund Policy
If your session doesn’t meet expectations, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the session ending. If we cannot match you with a suitable contributor, you receive an automatic full refund — no questions asked.
Session Recording Policy
All sessions are conducted through our secure video platform. Sessions are not recorded unless both parties explicitly consent. Chat logs are retained for 30 days for dispute resolution purposes only.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about an contributor or session, our dedicated support team will investigate within 48 hours. We act as a neutral third party and can issue refunds, warnings, or contributor removal depending on the outcome.
Contributor Responsibilities
Every verified contributor agrees to uphold these standards throughout their time on EDORIVA.
Accurate Information
contributor must only share information based on their genuine first-hand experience. Misrepresenting qualifications, grades, or experiences will result in immediate removal.
Session Punctuality
contributor are expected to join sessions on time and deliver the full scheduled duration. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals lead to profile suspension.
Code of Conduct
All contributor agree to our Code of Conduct, which prohibits discrimination, harassment, and solicitation of personal contact outside the platform. Violations are taken seriously and reported to relevant institutions.
